Rebecca Tomasko
Soprano
Rebecca Tomasko is a Los Angeles-based vocalist with a focus in chamber ensembles and choral performance. She has performed in ensembles across Southern California including Tonality, Pacific Chorale, Sterling Ensemble Los Angeles, Los Robles Master Chorale, Los Angeles Chamber Choir, MUSE/IQUE and more. Recent highlights include performances of Joby Talbot’s 17-voice a capella work “Path of Miracles”, Keiichi Okabe’s “NieR:Orchestra Concert 12024 [the end of Data]”, and joining Grammy-winning soprano Hila Plitmann in Maria Newman’s soprano duet "The Wind”. Rebecca is a staff singer and soloist at the historic St. Andrew Catholic Church in Pasadena, and is privileged to have sung on Grammy-winning recordings with both Tonality (‘So She Howls’ by Carla Patullo) and Pacific Chorale (‘Symphony No. 8 in E-flat major by Gustav Mahler’ with LA Phil/Gustavo Dudamel). A Minnesota native, with a B.A. in Studio Art from Azusa Pacific University, Rebecca continues to create and find art in the details.
