Laurel Sanders is a versatile mezzo-soprano, an accomplished performer, a dedicated teacher, and an award-winning composer. She has sung professionally with many Southern California ensembles, including the Grammy award-winning Pacific Chorale. Her studio recording credits include Pacific Chorale’s 2020 release, “All Things Common”, as well as TV theme music, Internet multimedia projects, and a symphonic metal album. Laurel is also an experienced keyboard player; currently organist at Westwood Presbyterian church, she previously served as organist for Pacific Palisades Presbyterian Church since 2014, as well as accompanying the choral program at Pacific Palisades Charter High School from 2018-2020. An ardent devotee of the arts, Laurel loves to cultivate a passion for music in her many voice and piano students. When she's not making music, Laurel enjoys cooking, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and hanging out with her family and her 2 cats.
